Product names, images, descriptions, listed prices and available sizes are provided to help customers browse the fragrance collection. Images and descriptions are illustrative; check the current product page for the exact options, size and listed price before ordering.
Prices, stock and size variations
Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. The price and availability can differ by size variation. Products and variations remain subject to available stock; adding an item to the cart does not reserve it until the order is accepted and processed.
Orders and customer details
Please provide a correct name, reachable phone number and delivery address when placing an order. We may contact you to clarify details, confirm an order or resolve an availability issue. If an item becomes unavailable or a price or listing error is identified, the team may contact you before dispatch.
Delivery and charges
Available delivery destinations, applicable delivery charges and any estimated timing should be checked at checkout or confirmed with customer support. Delivery can be affected by courier coverage, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond the store’s control.
Payment
The payment methods displayed at checkout apply to the order. Where cash on delivery is available, payment is collected when the parcel is delivered. Do not send payment to an account that has not been confirmed through the store’s official customer-support channels.
Returns, exchanges and order problems
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or there is an issue with an order, contact customer support promptly with the order number and relevant details. Return or exchange arrangements depend on the circumstances and the store’s confirmed return instructions. Contact the team before sending an item back.
Use of the website and content
Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the store, interfere with another customer’s information or misuse account and checkout features. Website copy, layout, logos and imagery must not be copied or reused without permission from the relevant rights holder. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
